1. Why should you register .NL domains?

A Dutch domain name will benefit your branding in The Netherlands and be positive for your local Google ranking. If your .nl domain name is available then don´t wait too long to register it. 2. Can IDN be used for .NL domains?

No, idn is not supported for .NL domain names, as the Dutch alphabet only consists of the Latin characters from a-z and 0-9.

3. Who can register a .NL domain?
