1. Why register an Italian domain name?

2. Who can register an Italian domain name?
An applicant has to be situated in an EU country. If you are situated outside the EU then we will provide the required local registrant data via our legal partner in Rome. This service is free of charge. To register an Italian domain takes 10 working days, however we have experienced that the Italian administration can register Italian domain names even quicker. We will fill out the LAR for you, which is a standard document in Italian.
3. Can I wait with the Italian domain registration?
As long as the domain is available, it is exposed for someone else to register. Order your .it domain before 17h CET and the domain will be registered inside 1 hour. Nothing like a good night´s sleep!
