If registrant uses own DNS then always make sure that the zone is properly set up and configured. In case of any misconfiguration, the NIC will only inform the technical contact with a deadline. If this deadline is not met and misconfiguration is not resolved prior to that, the domain name will be declined.

A DNS update must be confirmed by the end customer after initiated, else the order shall be declined.
Upon submitting the DNS update request to the registry, an e-mail containing an AUTH CODE and instructions will be sent to each contact of the domain name.
This AUTH CODE is valid for 7 days, so the modification must be approved within this time frame, else the order shall be declined.

Should Ascio Technologies Inc. not be the administrative contact of the domain name, a documentation request will be sent requesting the domain's administrative customer number and password.

A password may be required to carry out this operation. To obtain password, follow these steps:
- Go to https://www.nic.tr/
- Click 'EN' to select English language.
- From 'Contact Operations' select 'Change Password'.
- Under 'Remind Password', fill in administrative contact handle as shown in Whois, and click 'I don't remember my password'.
- Provide answer(s) to Security Question(s) on screen, and click 'Continue'.
- A new password will be assigned and e-mailed to the administrative contact.
