As long as your domain is available, it can be registered by someone else who has the same trademark rights. If you submit your .com.tr domain order before 17h CET then it will be handled instantly.

What does it take to recover a domain name if you have a WIPO trademark?

As seen at wipo.org: "For resolution of a case involving one to five domain names, with a single panelist, the current cost is US$ 1,500; for three panelists, the total cost is US$ 4,000.
