It will now be possible to register .DO starting 10 December, 2009. .DO is the top level domain for the Dominican republic. The only Dominican domain possible to register today is com.do.

To protect the current com.do registrations a pre-registration phase will first take place. All current owners of an existing com.do domain registered before Oct 30 2009 will be eligible to register the matching .DO domain.
